Peter A. San Nicolas is the Agana Heights village historian. He is a former director of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and was chief-of-staff for former Senator Joseph F. Ada during the 26th Guam Legislature. He has completed two fellowships and takes a special interest in Guam’s history. San Nicolas continues to be a proud resident of Agana Heights.
