Sandra Chung

Sandra Chung is Distinguished Professor (emerita) in the Department of Linguistics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she taught from 1986 until 2017. She is the author of Chamorro Grammar and of numerous articles on the structure of the Chamorro language.
She holds an AB in Linguistics and Greek and a PhD in Linguistics, both from Harvard. From 1975 until 1986, she taught at the University of California, San Diego.
